Weekly Training Update: Oct 6 - 12

My total miles for the week were a little lower than what I was aiming for but still not a bad week overall. I ran a 13 mile race on the weekend and did another track workout mid-week. These faster track miles have not yet translated into a faster race pace but I think when I start to taper I should (better) get faster.
