Only time in my life I was six feet tall.

Ana, I can't run roads at all. Not since July 07 when I developed PF and it decided it liked me so much it would never go away.

Kevin, I ended up enjoying the workout and plan to hit the 'dreadmill' for hills one day a week.Danhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11794019045620435180noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4212427032459949009.post-61037372992310089842010-01-26T05:54:23.786-05:002010-01-26T05:54:23.786-05:00I find night time and bad weather give me a chance...I find night time and bad weather give me a chance to run hills on the tread...it actually fits in quite well.pathfinderhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05064923768168080475noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4212427032459949009.post-14156868480852410052010-01-25T20:16:14.262-05:002010-01-25T20:16:14.262-05:00Music is a must with hills, or track workouts. Brad Hudson recommends doing short sprints on really steep hills, and then longer strides on less steep hills. These are supposed to work similarly to strength training. I can't believe you ran hills on the mill. That is way harder than running hills outside! Too bad you did not do Derry. It was tough but awesome! People were super friendly!
